Transitioning through each stage, Calvin understands the trials and triumphs from the inside out and has made it his mission to share his knowledge and experience to help both sides; the talent and the corporations.

Following success on the court at college, to playing pro-basketball in Europe, Africa and Asia, Calvin found himself equipped with an extremely unique skill set which would translate excellently into the corporate world. Calvin went on to meet and exceed his goals in high level managerial corporate positions and is now using his skills and knowledge to help outstanding talent navigate their way into the corporation world as well as transform the way corporations search and hire their talent.
